🏕️ Family Camping Expectations
This event is family camping, meaning each family sleeps in their own tent with their own family members.
🚭 Smoke‑Free Scouting
Scouting America does not allow tobacco, smoking, vaping, or nicotine products around youth.
If the campground has a designated smoking area, it must be away from Scouts and other participants.
🍺 Alcohol & Substances
Alcohol, recreational drugs, and controlled substances are not permitted at any Scouting activity.
👀 Adult Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their own children at all times unless participating in a structured, leader‑run activity.
Please help all Scouts follow camp rules and Scouting safety guidelines.
🔥 Campfires & Cooking
Follow all campground and Scouting rules regarding fires, stoves, fuel, and cooking equipment.
Only use designated fire rings and cooking areas.
🗑️ Leave No Trace
Clean up after your family, dispose of trash properly, and leave our campsite better than we found it — including tire tracks.
Help us protect the outdoors and set a good example for our Scouts.
📱 Electronics & Noise
Please keep personal electronics to a minimum and be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.
We want Scouts engaged with nature and each other.
🐾 Respect for Wildlife
Do not feed wildlife, leave food out, or store scented items in tents.
Follow all posted wildlife safety rules.
❤️ Modeling the Scout Law
Our Scouts are watching us. We ask all adults to model the Scout Oath and Scout Law throughout the weekend — kindness, courtesy, helpfulness, and respect go a long way toward making campouts fun for everyone.
💙 Thank You
